Big Darby Contracting was referred to me by a friend, and I am so grateful for the referral. Not only did Juan and his crew do an exceptional job with the scope of work--I couldn't even tell that they'd been there, they did THAT good of a job cleaning up-- Juan also took the time to explain the issue that caused the leaks on my roof, inspect the roof before and after the repair, and referred me to an expert contractor who could repair the damaged interior ceilings in my home. If you want to work with a company that is professional, courteous, thorough and thoughtful, this is your company to call.

They did a great job replacing our roof as well as some rotting wood and gutters. They were very knowledgeable about the options and demonstrating the quality of the materials, and made the entire process seamless. We got a few quotes and they were very competitive for the job, and the final results were noticeable.

Highly recommend this business. The crew was professional and courteous. It amazed me how they came out and got the roof replaced on the hottest day of the year so far.

Heard about Juan's company from a friend of mine. He was very quick to respond and come out to see what I needed done (new gutter guards). He even did part of the project that same day. Juan clearly explained everything he needed to do, and got back to me with a reasonable quote for the rest of the project quickly. He was back out in about a week and completed the installation and cleaned out my gutters in just a few hours. Very happy with his service!

When it comes to anything roof-related in Columbus, there’s Big Darby Contracting—and then there’s everyone else. Juan and his crew are the gold standard: honest, reliable, and the kind of professionals who make a tough job look easy.

From the first call to the final nail, these guys were absolute pros—communicative, fast, and laser-focused on quality. No gimmicks, no surprises, just solid craftsmanship and top-notch service.

Juan’s a great guy—easy to talk to, sharp as a tack, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’d trust him with my house, my neighbour’s house, maybe even my mother’s.

If you want peace of mind over your head, this is the crew to call. Well done, Juan and team—Columbus is lucky to have you!
