All the contractors you’ve met dish out huge estimates and don’t articulate their process in a way that makes you feel confident they’ll get the job done right.

As the owner of Big Darby Contracting, I know about these hassles first hand because I used to work for a company that would force me to upsell homeowners, pad proposals, and push for the sale. Finally, I had enough and launched my own roofing and siding company because I knew there was a better way. Here at Big Darby Contracting, we explain the conditions we find during a consultation, guide you through the next steps, and clearly outline what’s included inside every estimate because we value our customers throughout every phase of their project . 

Here’s how our process works.

1. Schedule a consultation – I’ll be there on time and ready to assess your home and answer any questions you might have.

2. Review your estimate – While onsite, I’ll pull together your repair or remodel estimate and walk you through everything in person.

3. Confidently take care of your home – know that your home’s exterior is in good shape and will continue to take care of your favorite place.
